Exhibitor Registration

  1. All exhibitors must belong to a non-profit organization and are prohibited from accepting monetary donations during the KASF event.
     

  2. All exhibitors participating in the Katy Area Safety Fest are required to share a safety message. Your informational materials must include this safety message.
     

  3. Each booth space is limited to one non-profit organization. Shared booths are strictly prohibited.
     

  4. Due to limited space, non-profit organizations will undergo a vetting process prior to approval.
     

  5. All tents and booth supplies must be properly weighted down. For safety reasons, any tents or supplies that are not adequately weighted will be removed or taken down.
